Medical aesthetics Providers are great at cosmetic treatments but often struggle with the demands of managing their business growth.
Allē needed to create awareness and build interest around their new business offering, aimed at solving these exact problems.
Process
Building Product Awareness
The original brand guidelines had not considered email or digital formats which meant current emails were inconsistent and slow to build.
The creation of a new email design system, brand repository and digital guidelines allowed us to support the marketing team in creating quick and effective promotional materials.
Making Productivity Tools Intuitive
Social media marketing is challenging for novices, with 76% finding Facebook Ads to be “highly confusing”.
Through qualitative research we discovered a key opportunity to develop a quick and clear social media campaign creator for Providers to generate customer leads.
User research was fairly new to the team so by documenting and sharing insights it helped parallel project teams to discover opportunities and understand the value of a user centred approach.
Generating Insights and Actions for Growth
Customer leads are only as good as what you do with them.
The next phase was to help Providers to collect leads and gather customer insights to help them market themselves more efficiently.
Our research uncovered a high number of complaints due to missing or unavailable existing reports. By focussing first on improving discovery, customer complaints fell by 10% in 3 months.
We also discovered that Providers needed guidance on how to action leads. Automatic task flow integration was proposed as the ideal future product feature.

The final product featured intuitive campaign creation tools that enabled clinics to effortlessly promote their services. It also integrated lead tracking and outcome reporting, providing a comprehensive, all-in-one solution.
