As users migrate from an old platform – it is important the business communicates throughout the process to manage expectations of upcoming changes.

Working with the marketing team we created a suite of email designs to update both patients and health care professionals.

The new email design system leveraged the brand style guide, while creating a modular system approach to help the team create future communications quickly and easily.

In addition a brand hub was built to collate and organise assets for clarity and consistency.

We created a tool helping individual clinics to create and post branded content across all their social channels – without the unnecessary complexity of current solutions.

The flow was heavily refined to remain streamlined and to efficiently meet users time poor needs.

Then we crafted ways to learn about customers needs with real-time reporting.

User acceptance testing informed us a simpler tool was required to meet urgent needs. A MVP reporting tool was built to meet pressing demands while being conscious to lay the foundations for future required features.
